I do this in various ways:Through Professional Coaching, I work with people to help them fulfil their roles or prepare them for the next challenge, depending on the needs of the business and the individual. Areas of focus may include increasing self-awareness to support development of their Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, aspects of their role or other specifics identified by the client or coachee. I also develop internal coaches when the developement of a coaching culture is needed.As an approved trainer of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) via my link with The Agile Group, I deliver courses which enable the candidates to achieve professionally recognized qualifications in Leadership & Management (up to Level 5) and Coaching & Mentoring (up to Level 7).I work with organisations to deliver non-accredited and/or bespoke workshops on a range of leadership, management, operational improvement and problem solving activities and techniques. The workshops are designed to educate and build the confidence through a combination of theoretical and practical activities, adding value to your organisation and enabling development of your staff.
