The need to build positive and accountable relationships, internally and externally, is a core principle to be an effective team leader, vendor coordinator, and data analyst on the fixed income corporates team. Whether I am in a client-facing role or reporting to management, the benefit of building positive and accountable business relationships pays dividends beyond the task at hand.While I value this skill, I understand that other attributes are necessary to succeed in my position. Building expert knowledge in a product and learning to code have proven to be beneficial in many situations. By combining multiple disciplines, I aim to continue down a path of proficiency to fulfill future demands.My time as a data analyst has afforded me an expertise in the debt capital market. During my time as vendor coordinator, I have learned principles of building positive relationships and sustainable teams. Leading projects that impact different regions and time zones has reinforced the importance of being attentive and accountable to all stakeholders. Currently, I'm enrolled in a General Assembly course where I am learning MySQL, Qlik Sense, and Python.
