In my time in this role I delivered exceptional customer experiences while selling products and services for a Verizon dealer. I performed Tech 1 level repairs of software, hardware and connectivity issues and provided quality assurance for all products. I contributed to the store success by achieving sales and service goals and objectives. I provided reporting and data analysis of key performance metrics to senior and district managers to assess the store and staff performance.

I supported the Student Technology Center by preparing and editing written content for software tutorials, proposals, and various other applicable student services, while maintaining focus on proper and accurate writing standards encompassing grammar, copy writing, and overall text cohesiveness. I created simplified how-to video tutorials for various software applications, including Adobe, Apple, and obscure Microsoft programs.
