Dry Utility Management

Here at Morrow, my responsibilities include project coordination & management, construction support & scheduling, service extend processing, and contract management (refund/budget analysis and collections). I am gaining a thorough knowledge of the dry utility rules, regulations, tariffs and design standards that are needed to ensure each is applied properly for the benefit of the client. I collaborate with other team members in order to understand the needs and constraints of the site to help finalize designs and avoid conflicts in the field. I also coordinate pre-construction meetings, schedule applicant install contractors, prepare utility installation and energization schedules, coordinate utility inspections, and process application paperwork.

As a New Customer Specialist, I was able to assist potential customers in making a buying decision with the different options and services. I learned valuable selling skills from Orkin and previous selling positions that I was able to utilize and grow on a daily basis. As a result, I sold over $350,000 worth or products and services in the short 7 months I was there. I was also ranked in the top three sales representatives three months in a row.

At Prosper, I had the privilege of interviewing prospective students in 4 different countries for one-on-one business coaching. My primary responsibilities were to verify qualifications to become a student, interest and intent of starting and building an online business, and the level of determination to succeed. I also created profiles to keep track of each students' progress after they enrolled in courses with one of our business coaches.

In the Rexburg LDS Temple, I was responsible for the daily managing of 2-10 volunteers in the cleaning and maintenance process in all aspects of the building. My work included, but was not limited to, polyester and wool carpets, marble and stone tile, bathrooms, offices, locker rooms, brass and light fixtures, crystal chandeliers, and preserving artwork.

• Taught/conducted band and percussion from 6th to 12th grade• Taught 6 different classes that ranged in size from 10 to 80 students in which test scores increased by 20%• Conducted and performed with concert bands, jazz bands, pep bands, and percussion ensembles• Worked with 3 different teachers at 3 different schools each day

I Instructed students in brass pedagogy, aural skills, music theory, composition, music technology, and performance. I assisted in the conducting and teaching of the University Band, led sectionals and taught one-on-one lessons, and participated in numerous concerts. I also had the honor of assisting 6 different teachers with classes from 10 to 70+ students. This was the highlight of my college career at BYU-Idaho. I enjoyed every minute of it.

• Called individuals in need of credit repair to see if they qualified for repair services• Discussed credit reports, credit scores, length of credit history, items that needed to be disputed with the credit bureaus, and the 3 different programs that were offered to help qualified individuals clean up their credit

• Licensed in California to sell pest prevention services door to door• 2nd top sales representative in the 1st month• 3rd top sales representative in the 2nd month• Saved thousands of dollars in company gas expenses by remapping routes of service trucks to make them more efficient
