While working with individual investors and hedge funds alike to find great deals on income-producing properties, he developed a love for chasing the deal. Along with his wife, Laurel, he supports foster and adoptive families on their journey to ‘happily ever after’. After experiencing the highs and lows of the foster care system, Dave and Laurel saw (firsthand) that families need active support through challenging times and uncertainty. They were fortunate and blessed to be able to adopt their son, Corbin into the family after a few years of being his foster parents.
