Responsibilities included management of on and off-shore teams making modifications to the software needed to interface with over a dozen internal Wamu systems, oversight of the infrastructure build out, migration of customer data and management of production deployment. This system allowed Wamu to establish a proprietary online presence with commercial customers and enables them to transition away from their current vendor-hosted solution which costs millions of dollars on an annual basis.• Technical Architect on Wamu’s Commercial Appraisal System which consisted of; a vendor based system for production of appraisal forms, a second vendor based product for capturing appraisal requests and a system I designed and lead development over which captured the resulting appraisal data in a proprietary database for market analysis.• Lead development of a new GL elevation system for Wamu which enabled online and real-time reconciliation and approvals of GL accounts enterprise wide. The system was the first .NET application implemented at Wamu using the 1.0 .NET beta.• Designed and wrote a system to extend the life of Wamu’s GL codes which allowed them to postpone a costly upgrade until they were in a better position to manage the complexity of the effort. -
