Passion has been the genesis of David Kirchgessner’s success in both his professional and personal life. Passion for music led him into his first career as a highly accomplished, professional musician and then into the real estate industry. During his 20+ years in the music industry he honed his skills in contract negotiation, marketing, and client management in his various roles as business manager, publicist and tour manager. In the late 90's David began to transition his career into real estate investment and was later able to leverage that experience into a full-time career, helping others make smart real estate decisions. In 2015, he made another transition, this time from West Michigan Group to the East Grand Rapids office of Greenridge Realty.
