I also have a strong business and sporting background.The approach is centred around understanding our experiences from moment-to-moment and using the tools that we already have to deal with any challenge that life throws at us. I help people to understand where our experiences are coming from in each and every moment; this can be in relation to any area of our lives, such as relationships, finances, jobs, fears, aspirations, performance, mental health or addictions. I worked across a broad range of mental health and substance misuse services for a decade in the UK, New Zealand and Australia. During this period I completed a Masters Degree in Applied Mental Health and pursued my passion in working in the specialist field of Dual Diagnosis.My professional roles led me to design and deliver comprehensive training packages, supervise and mentor practitioners at all levels, influence changing of attitudes and lead on the delivery of evidence based interventions when working with people who have a Dual Diagnosis of mental health and substance misuse problems.Through developing sustainable relationships with colleagues and external bodies I continued to deliver presentations at various settings that include the IntNSA Washington DC International Conference; the Drug Scope National Conference; Oxfordshire DAAT Conference and also City University, London.Since 2010 my main focus was on business development and building Knights Agency Limited to what it is today – a thriving business. Successful business sale/exit in September 2017.
