Built several globally integrated HR/Corporate Communications functions from the ground up and created the global PVH University training platform serving 40,000+ employees in 40+ countries. 10 direct reports include two EVPs who manage PVH HR in Europe and Asia; three EVPs who lead Talent, Compensation/Benefits/HR Systems, and Corporate Communications; four SVPs who manage HR for Tommy Hilfiger, PVH in Canada, Corporate Departments, and Facilities; and the President of the PVH Foundation.
