I am a dedicated sustainability professional with a Master's degree in Sustainable Development from the University of London SOAS. Currently, I am actively involved in improving energy conservation and efficiency across Minnesota as a Program Coordinator at Frontier Energy. I previously managed renewable energy systems and conducted public outreach on sustainability as a Seasonal Facilities and Sustainability Manager at Deep Portage Nature and Learning Center. My commitment to sustainability extends beyond the United States; during my time living in Vietnam, I consulted businesses and schools on sustainability programs and garden implementation as a Garden and Sustainability Consultant.In addition to my hands-on experience, I bring nine years of experience in the education field. As an English Teacher, I designed curricula with a focus on empowerment and conducted assessments to analyze student progress. I also developed workshops for local government and rural farmers on regenerative agriculture as a Workshop Developer with Humanitarian Services for the Children of Vietnam.My diverse background in sustainability, education, and project management has equipped me with a unique skill set to drive positive change in areas such as energy efficiency, green spaces, and waste management. I thrive on overcoming challenges within the broader sustainability landscape and am committed to promoting sustainable solutions to ecology, climate change, energy, and agriculture.I am self-motivated and self-directed in both my personal and professional experience. This has strengthened my ability to adapt to a wide array of challenges and situations across different cultures. I have shown a strong ability to thrive in diverse and new environments and look forward to new challenges.
