My career interests are in program management or integration leadership in a developing business.My greatest strength is my ability to understand and orchestrate all the complexities involved in highly integrated programs, while working with team members to realize and draw from their individual strengths. My true passion is for taking vagueness, confusion, or complexity and breaking it down in such a way that it can be understood by team members, partners, or customers of all backgrounds, so that they can successfully move forward from a position of knowledge. I am experienced at working with diverse teams helping to bridge across business, customer, or technical teams. I have been in the translator role, ensuring that each team has an aligned understanding and are working towards common goals. I have held a variety of leadership roles, across a range of challenging opportunities. This has included being at the forefront of new business and technology investigations leading to the launch of new businesses, including HP's Retail Photo, Lightscribe Direct Disc Labeling, and Phogenix (HP-Kodak joint venture). Involvement in HP's "internal incubator" included assessing both technical and business opportunties, making strategic decisions to drive opportunities, providing unbiased assessment of true opportunitities, driving viable opportunities forward, and smoothly decommissioning unfruitfull efforts.
