Dave Landis is a retired director of Carnegie Mellon Masters program in Energy Science, Technology and Policy at Landis Engineering. He possess expertise in program management, research, electrical engineering, project management, embedded systems and 22 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "I have worked with Dave Landis for the past five years, primarily on a 2+2+2 Robotics education project involving California University, The Technology Collaborative and a number of secondary school robotics programs. We worked together to craft successful proposals for funding and have led a successful project. Throughout, Dave has been an effective project and fiscal manager. He has worked effectively to involve all partners, assure that funds are available and used appropriately by each school, that program deliverables are achieved, and that the PA DCED funding agency is happy with program achievements.
