I am responsible for the day to day operations of the building and grounds. This includes physical plant maintenance and planning, as well as energy management. I also am responsible for initiating campus security measures.A larger portion of my responsibilities involves project management. This ranges from small improvements, to major construction projects. As the owner rep., it is my duty to make sure that projects are planned in such a way to be completed on time and within budget constraints.
