- Design Management: Of the 'your local Boots pharmacy' format, from concept, pilot test, through value engineering, specification collation, layout principles, store plan production & plan quality control.- Dispensary design: Oversaw the creation and production of the dispensary design & layout manual for use by internal & external stakeholders- Health Centre Design Manual: Oversaw the creation and production of the Health Centre design & layout manual for use by internal & external stakeholders

- Oversaw the development of a new community pharmacy concept that dopted a 'holistic' approach that covered all aspects from operational processes to design, look and feel, dispensary design, merchandising principles, branding, graphics, shelving system, furniture, lighting, flooring and new promotional mechanics- Developed 'industry best' consultation room facilities that were rolled out across the UK- Oversaw the store internal/external re-branding from MOSS Pharmacy to Alliance Pharmacy

Set up and developed a new function that provided key stakeholders/functions key information that would lead to a better understanding of key business drivers and performance issues. Continued to manage the store planning and design development functions.
