His responsibilities have included finance, investor relations, corporate planning and strategy, corporate development, risk management, treasury management, corporate insurance, human resources, legal, and facilities management. In 2013, Levinson was honored as the CFO of the Year in St. Louis in the small corporation division by the Saint Louis Business Journal for his leadership. Dave is an experienced negotiator, raising over $34m from premier venture capital investors, establishing term and revolving credit agreements, and completing strategic business acquisitions. Prior to joining Coolfire Solutions, Dave was CFO at OneSpace, a venture-backed software business. Levinson began his career at EY, most recently working in Transaction Advisory Services specializing in financial due diligence and strategic finance projects for private equity and strategic clients. He assisted with over 100 transactions, with deal values ranging from $5 million to $15 billion. Dave started his EY career in the Assurance practice where he led audits of public and private companies in the software and technology industries.
