A customer focussed senior technologist with over 35 years experience working in the financial services sector for New Zealand and Australian Banks. My skills extend through many roles delivering digital and payment transformation initiatives, from establishing the delivery culture, defining the architecture and leading the delivery of new/enhanced systems from channels through their integration with core systems. My knowledge and specialisation in payments has also led to roles on the industry Technical Design Authority bodies including the APCA New Payments Platform (NPP) initiative.I also enjoy, and place a strong focus on, developing and maintaining relationships across all levels of the organisation (to C Suite level) to ensure success in managing communications and achieving shared goals.In summary, I enjoy the challenge of developing delivery excellence within teams to solve complex problems with pragmatic solutions that can be delivered at speed to solve immediate and emerging customer needs whilst also being positioned in the context of the bigger picture.
