Contributed as a team member to guide new product design and current product modification for compliance with national and international standards. Coordinated product safety test programs and field evaluations with UL, TUV, and ETL for 1 Ø and 3 Ø UPS, Energy Storage, and Power Distribution products. Maintained UL Follow-up Service Procedures (FUSP) and CB Scheme Reports, resolved inspection variation notices, and created FUSP and CB Reports for new products. Developed compliance test plans, reviewed completed test data packages, and submitted test results and draft reports to agency personnel under CTDP/DAP and CTF test data programs. Liaised between engineering staff and safety agency personnel to resolve standards interpretation issues and established best practices.

I create both utilitarian and decorative glass art pieces. Many pieces are blown glass and I have been exploring flame-working, cold-working, and kiln-working techniques to enhance blown glass pieces. I have, at any given time, many bowls, vases, and serving vessels in a variety of colors, textures, and styles. Please feel free to contact me for a private showing for pieces on hand. I have not been able to work with glass since the studio in Chapel Hill stopped renting time in 2014.
