In addition to complete home maintenance, we specialize in creating kitchens, baths, basements, and room additions to suit each of our customers' needs. We also offer creativity in flooring installation including hardwood and tile. We're all about providing a complete job for each our customers regardless of the size or complexity of the project. Additionally, we realize that our customers are an important part of the remodeling process . . . we listen to their ideas, give some of our own, and prepare a plan to meet budgets and exceed expectations.

• Responsible for a portfolio of 10-20 homes at a time for full-cycle oversight of property rehabs and turnovers. • Oversaw all aspects of rehab process including communications with contractors/vendors ensuring work was completed on schedule documenting process with progress notes and before/after photos.• Conducted move-in/move-out inspections which included a detailed inspection using Invitation Homes budgeting program to create a comprehensive scope of work.• Met with incoming residents to complete orientations and explained maintenance policies and procedures.
