“Jack of all, master of none” doesn't necessarily work for everyone. I don’t see it as a bad thing; I view it as my superpower. Growing up I was never groomed to be this or that. I was granted lots of opportunity which formed an interest in many things. If you want to get my inner geek going let’s talk old houses and buildings, cars or cooking. All three are very close to my heart. When I was at a career crossroads in 2001 I chose architecture. There is just something about seeing an idea come to life from paper then the ground up. I’ve become a people watcher, it’s how I learn. Part of getting the job done may be seeing when someone excels, learning, replicating and adding that tool to your box. On the flip side if I see someone struggling I’ll help out to meet the goal, it’s all about team building.In today’s work environment you’re expected to bend and not break. Be early, speed up, slow down and get the job done even if it’s not under your umbrella. My passion is helping you get where you need to be.
