My responsibilities included lifeguarding, general water quality maintenance, and assisting the swimming instructor.

As a lifeguard, I was responsible for the safety of all swimmers and patrons of the pool, as well as the general water quality. As a water fitness Instructor, I led and taught an exercise class.

I was the Supervisor for three concessions stands during Penn State Football games. These stands reported to me for inventory and any issues that needed resolving. I made every effort to maximize sales and make the concessions team work as efficiently as possible.

After being hired as a painter, I received a promotion to Site Manager. As Site Manager, I dealt directly with customers and handled all paperwork pertaining to the job. I supervised a team of 4 painters, and we were ranked among the best in customer satisfaction on the East Coast. I worked closely with the franchisee to develop the estimates, budgets, and schedules for each job. Additionally, I did cold-calling to attract new customers.
