People that do not accept mediocrity. People who will exhibit an owner's mentality who want to be part of something bigger than themselves.Leg 2 - Accountability...mutual accountability where the accountability flows up, down, left, right. Accountability that ensures you meet your deadlines, pull your "weight" and where people have the tools they need to do their jobs. Measure everything to ensure goals are being met or exceeded. Leg 3 - Communication...open and transparent. Focus on the "why" AND the "what". Feedback is critical. Leg 4 - Environment...whether onsite or remote...you have the ability to create your environment. Professional and fun. Innovation is encouraged. Wins are celebrated. Failures are learning opportunities. If one leg breaks, you may not fall immediately, but a mere nudge puts you on your back.
