This enables continuous improvement that helps drive buried infrastructure excavation damages to zero. • Product Development – A key contributor to the creation of a comprehensive damage prevention safety management system for utilities and their contractors. Verified program utility and guided the implementation of the program and use of the SaaS platform. • Continuous Improvement Culture – Built customer relationships by ongoing research to understand member and prospect companies, their purpose, direction, and priorities.
