I’m an attorney in Columbus, Ohio, with over 25 years of experience in workers’ compensation defense. The Ohio State Bar Association has certified me as a Workers’ Compensation Specialist since 2003, and since 2016, I am also licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. I believe in thoroughness and good lawyering, and I base my practice on due diligence and a comprehensive understanding of the law.Some of my experience includes representing Ohio employers at administrative hearings before the Industrial Commission, the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, Courts of Common Pleas throughout Ohio, Ohio Courts of Appeal, and the Ohio Supreme Court. I’ve also spent 18 years on the Board of Directors for Columbus Center for Human Services, serving as president for the last 5. This is an organization near and dear to my heart and I am proud to be a part of their efforts, such as their Open Door Art Studio, Career Activity Center and Supported Community Living program.
