My current role is responsible for defining Neal Analytics' portfolio of offerings and overall corporate strategy in line with our senior leadership's growth targets and objectives. This includes managing the generation of internal IP and content for our industry solutions, as well as defining the approaches to our data estate modernization services and bespoke data science offerings. I am also tasked with researching and monitoring shifts in the market or working with our customers to identify new potential services and solutions Neal can provide.

In this role I lead a team of talented Data Scientists and Data Engineers to deliver high quality outcomes and innovative solutions. My practice was primarily focused on the Retail & CPG industry, with additional development in public sector and other areas. We develop and deliver a combination of bespoke data science and analytics consulting focused on specific business scenarios, as well as deployment and configuration of proven solutions we have developed with several customers over the last few years. Retail/CPG solutions we have developed include an analysis of Sales Drivers and their impact on Demand Forecasts, Promotion and Trade Promotion Optimization, and SKU Portfolio Optimization, all using custom machine learning algorithms. We were recently awarded one of Microsoft's highest honors as Neal Analytics won Partner of the Year in Business Analytics for 2017 from a submission of my practice's work with Coca Cola over the last year.

ZOMG Keycaps is a custom keyboard keycap distribution business where I design and have specialty keycaps made according to customer specifications. I started the business my junior year when I saw the opportunity to start using the knowledge I had accumulated in university to revolutionize this niche market, and it was very successful. In fact, this business has been so successful that it has been able to not only support my living expenses and other hobbies, but pay for a significant portion of my tuition as well. The primary draw to it is its flexibility with respect to my educational workload. If worked full time, it generates large revenues, but when I need to focus on school, I am able to devote minimal time to the business without sacrificing my market position. This has been critical to maintaining focus on my studies and a long-term career, while being an enjoyable and exceptionally educational experience in the SCM industry.

My responsibilities included grading, office hours, proctoring, and helping with projects undertaken by Dr. Munson. I am particularly honored to be the TA for MgtOp 470, as it is a senior level class usually reserved for Ph.D students to TA.

I have worked at my family business both full time and seasonally as school will allow, working up from a shift manager/detailer to one who basically does everything aside from payroll/scheduling.
