Projects involved improving well test procedures, analytics-driven automated facility control, Internet of Things, water management, gas lift optimization, video surveillance, and RFID tags on downhole equipment. Streamlined IT Operations and raised customer satisfaction to 88% by replacing the North American Service Desk and implementing three processes (Incident, Request, & Knowledge) in a new global system used in seven countries. Co-developed IT's project management methodology. Implemented a global crowdsourced Innovation process that saved $70M.

Improved IT's relationship with two customers: new business development and corporate engineering. Earned the trust of dozens of directors and managers by escalating operational support issues, explaining how they can maximize their value from IT's existing services, and serving as their voice of the customer to IT Service Managers. Initiated multiple IT projects on behalf business customers and provided oversight to ensure project managers met expectations. Validated $18M in IT Service chargebacks annually.

Led several Lean Six Sigma projects in the R&D division that streamlined workflows. Awarded for leading the best project in the division (2008), which saved $400K/year by streamlining 400+ types of analysis requests for a 150 person department thereby accelerating Corning's innovation rate. Selected to become a division Master Black Belt. Earned Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Led teams of 6-30 soldiers on training exercises in Germany, Poland, Italy, and the US that provided voice, data, and telecommunication services to battlefield command posts. Led teams of 6-8 soldiers in wartime missions in Kosovo and Iraq.
