As an Operations and Supply Chain Leader, my primary responsibility is to deliver superior Strategy, Planning, and Execution. This includes improving the efficiency and performance of global supply and demand planning, direct sourcing, and overall supply chain processes to align with the company's growth strategy.I am constantly looking for ways to improve our supply chain processes and stay ahead of the curve.
