I worked with hydraulic system design teams from concept to market introduction of new hydraulic systems (NPI), as well as resolving issues on current products (CPI). My responsibilities included developing system acceptance criteria, defining test operation and instrumentation requirements, test execution, analyzing data and creating technical reports with results, conclusions, and recommendations.  Assisted with motor grader, wheel loader, and articulated truck hydraulic systems development by working with internal clients and external suppliers.  Contributed to development of FMEA's for four NPI projects. Authored ISO 5010 regulatory steering test standardized test procedure. Created a spreadsheet methodology for test planning.  Completed 98% of projects under budget, and received management recognition for cost reduction efforts. Demonstrated accountability and technical writing skills by completing over 140 technical reports.

My responsibilities included monitoring engine performance, troubleshooting test cell issues, and managing cell engine test changes. Offered a permanent job in engine development following one-year assignment. Received and accepted a division manager-level request to return for two months for a critical assignment.

I conducted multiple machine type ISO regulatory tests and traveled extensively to perform field testing to ensure the machines met customer acceptance criteria and regulatory standards. Demonstrated ability to “get the job done” under harsh conditions while traveling. Created hydraulic resonator to effectively reduce hydraulic noise on excavator. Developed and authored Bruel and Kjaer (B&K) Pulse sound recording instrumentation operating manual.
