Supervised the performance and production of 25 to 50 hourly employees. Coordinated with shipping department on truck times and inventory short falls. Assured that all inventory that is need for a truck load is accounted for and if not resolve the issue. Performed weekly work in process physical inventory, adjust inventory, and notify scheduling supervisor. Supervised inventories and maintain board supply by ensuring all inventories are within set minimum / maximum levels. Monitored all up coming orders so that any aged board stock, work in process, and/or finished goods can be allocated to avoid aged inventory. Updated and monitored all inventory trends using custom Excel spreadsheets. Communicated daily with board supplier to assure any issues are resolved as soon as possible. Created production schedules in a timely, accurate manner daily.
