Due to my expertise in Chatbots, I undertook a 12 month part time secondment, working outside of HR in the AI Team of the Airbus Digital Transformation Office, which was completed successfully with the handover to the right teams responsible for the industrialisation of the technology.I coordinated an international IT team from all areas of Airbus working on the selection of an Enterprise level chatbot platform. In addition I worked with technical and non-technical people, across a wide range of business functions to define when a chatbot adds value and produced a methodology to support non-technical people to understand. I created and animated a community of over 100 people working on chatbots and personally supported the start of a large number of chatbot development projects.
