As Project Director for this publically traded real estate investment trust, Dave was provided the opportunity to develop, reposition, lease and manage commercial real estate assets. His specific accomplishments included: - Awarded early promotion for successfully developing, two laboratory/office/datacenter parks totaling 330,000 sf on time and with returns 3% above pro forma estimates. - Re-developed under-performing 150,000 sq.ft. office/warehouse project in Everett, filling the project from 0% occupancy to 100% occupancy within one year of redevelopment completion. - Led team of staff for management, leasing and tenant improvement construction of portfolio of 2,000,000 sf. - Negotiated with tenants' attorneys and sellers' attorneys over 200 leases and renewals and closed on investment acquisitions of $35MM.

Deep selected for early promotion for leadership of 266 person department of reactor engineers, technicians, electricians and electronics technicians. - Engineering. Managed operation and maintenance of dual nuclear propulsion plants. Administered a $3 million maintenance budget. Coordinated and supervised critical repairs and alterations to power generation plants, power distribution systems and propulsion systems. - Selected as Chief Nuclear Plant Engineer by Naval Reactors, Washington, DC, based on demonstrated exemplary abilities to manage personnel in routine and emergency situations and make decisions concerning the safety of a nuclear powered cruiser and its nuclear reactors. - Selected for instructor duty of Nuclear Power Plant Prototype Officers and Enlisted operators. - Ranked top Pacific Fleet Navigator in 1988. - Two Persian Gulf/North Arabian Sea Combat Tours with multiple combat efficiency awards
