I am an experienced relationship manager for both internal and external clients providing video content to both Paramount's cable networks and streaming services. It's critical that I manage relationships with external distributors of our titles because they provide the very content that we show on our various networks. At the same time, I have to manage relationships with the internal networks we serve, helping them understand what is achievable - and by when - when it comes to receiving the titles that they need. Often...we are also tasked with doing what really SHOULDN'T be doable due to the changing nature of the video industry as a result of the demands of streaming services...or competing with streaming services. The one thing I've learned: be straight with people, timely with your communication, and "own it" if you make a mistake. Most people just want to know you're doing your best for them when all of us are being asked to do more, with fewer resources.When I'm not spinning the plates of acquired video content for Paramount, I'm still a video hyphenate: writer-producer-shooter-editor. I have experience in the commercial, cable, online and non-profit worlds - and love the opportunity to do what I do for each. I can take any job from conception to completion, and I'm equally at-home working solo or as part of a collaborative effort.Multi-tasking and working with diverse teams and personalities is baked into both of my worlds, and I’m comfortable with the demands.
