Prior to First Financial bank, I served a multi-year term as Market President for Fort Worth, I was tasked with coordinating a "devastatingly local" approach to supporting local efforts and community leadership. This included, but is not limited to, serving as the public face of Capital One Bank to the community, providing local leadership to support local associate needs, taking on leadership roles in key sponsorship activities, driving our business seamlessly across all divisions, leading in the local market to manage customer needs, and identifying grant and volunteer opportunities that create and deepen relationships and generate new business for Capital One Bank.In addition, I also managed sales activities for our Business Banking group across the Dallas, Fort Worth metroplex. My team provided relationship management and financial solutions for businesses with annual revenues up to $20 million.
