I started in the insurance industry in 1993 working in my dad's Health and Life Brokerage. We did mostly individual and small group health insurance at that time. Over the years, our focus has changed and I bought Dad out of the brokerage in 2016. Our primary focus is now assisting agents with life insurance and Medicare products. I joined the National Association of Health Underwriters (now National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals) early in my career and have been involved with leadership most of that time at the local and state level and have served at the regional level and as Regional Vice President 2023-2025, as well as on national committees. I became Executive Director for FAHU, now NABIP Florida in 2006 and the Central Florida chapter in 2011.In 2023, I founded Kapsher Consulting, LLC with Ashley Kapostins to provide association management services to other chapters and associations. We now support multiple chapters across the country.
