EL01 FOREMAN PROJECTS2023-Present | North Main Terminal Redevelopment SeaTac Airport | Seatac, WA2022-2023 | Project X, META | Redmond, Washington-Performed as a Working Foreman with tools to successfully complete overhead rough in. 2022-2023 | University of Washington Behavioral Health Teaching Facility | Northgate, Washington - Effectively overtook the underground utilities and layout of the jobsite specifically relating to a 6 story building. -Led a crew of 3 through the completion of all underground branches and feeders. -Managed responsibilities related to temporary power as well as the decking layouts. -Met the fast paced requirements of both the layout and installation of thousands of inserts through the use of trimble units while leading a crew of 10.2020-2022 | Washington State Convention Center Expansion | Seattle, Washington-Inherited a crew of 8 at the 14 Story WSCC-Displayed excellent flexibility as responsibilities often varied.-Primarily acted as the Decking and Layout Foreman for the entire jobsite including for the deck layout of the hotel and office buildings next door. This addition required structural construction electrical work. -Leading a team of 6, expertly completed hundreds of thousands of inserts for lighting, power, and gear crews. At times ran 3 or 4 trimble units while operating very accurately. -Took on tasks of core drilling and finishing the layout of an exclusive lighting system. This evolved into doing extensive RFI and office work, essentially a quality control role with some temporary power.

Duties included, boxing and laying out rooms ahead of wire pulling. 2017 | Swedish Hospital- First Hill | Seattle, Washington-Completed investigation and remodeling of various mechanical spaces under a short schedule. 2015-2016 | Tahoma High School-New School Construction | Maple Valley, Washington-Finalized work on deep underground utilities, CMU tasks, and the theater/gymnasion build-outs for power and lighting in addition to both panels and distribution. 2015 | Hyatt Hotel Southport-Renton Landing | Renton, Washington-Main duties included the installation of utilities, feeders, and branches underground. Responsibilities quickly evolved into structural construction as well as completion of forms, cores, and decking. 2015 | NE 85th Street Improvement Project | Kirkland, Washington-Competently completed the installation of light poles, traffic signals, misc power and lighting for the city of Kirkland and Redmond. 2014 | Children’s Hospital-Forrest Building | Seattle, Washington-Started as an inside wire apprentice completing both overhead rough-in and branch work.
