I was responsible for overseeing diverse technical teams that specialized in security engineering, information security, SOC operations, threat management, and compliance.Key achievements include the establishment of a mature cyber risk program, integrating both qualitative and quantitative evaluations. I championed the creation and execution of a comprehensive governance model for cyber security and compliance, marked by well-defined policies, procedures, and playbooks. This was further reinforced by successful advocacy to the CEO, CIO, and board, securing substantial investment for a 24/7/365 Cyber Security Operations Center. This capability is fully deployed and operational, and has dramatically enhanced our detection and response abilities.Led the initiative to build a user-centric enterprise identity access management system (IAM), ensuring secure and seamless access controls.
