I believe that excellent customer service is becoming a thing of the past. More and more I find that customers are becoming just numbers to the business world. That ideology will fast become a noose around the neck of the business world. I started off my working career in our family run restaurant. It was there that my work ethic was instilled and also the place where I reaslised the importance of good customer service. I pride myself on giving the best customer service that I can, and my career path has proven that. I spent many years in the automotive industry in sales and helping people as an advisor. It was a stressful but rewarding career. I enjoy working hard to find solutions to people's problems.In the long term and immediate future, I hope to further polish my development in customer service skills as well as management and business development.Longer term visions include new business ventures and investment in small companies that share a common vision of my personal ethos.Oh.....and to have some fun along the way! It can't ALL work and no play, right?
