In 2014, I managed Copyright Licensing for the Spectacular - A wonderful responsibility, I seek the Print and Arrangement rights for the works set by the Executive Creative team of the State School Spectacular with Music Publishing companies and Royalties Collection agencies in Australia and internationally. I also correspond directly with unpublished composers worldwide for the outcome to provide them license royalties for the use of their compositions, on behalf of the Victorian State School Spectacular.Providing the Print and Arrangement Rights to the Spectacular enables the students to rehearse and perform music of a variety of genres and eras, arranged and orchestrated at the highest level by our world class team of arrangers.I began this role in 2011, however in 2014 it became my main focus in the Production.I began as rehearsal accompanist for soloists, band and massed choir ensembles of the Victorian State School Spectacular and provided Music Department operations assistance in 2010. I also orchestrated the "Welcome To Country" compositions by Naretha Williams in 2010 and 2011. I became the Performing Arts Unit Jazz Ensemble Director where we had the honour of performing for Her Majesty The Queen and His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh at Government House during their tour of Melbourne in 2011.The Jazz Ensemble also provide music for a range of Government events in Melbourne.In 2012 I was the Artistic Coordinator and served in Stage Management for "Jubilation - A Showcase of Arts in Education" as part of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee at the Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School. In attendance was His Highness the Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall during their trip to Melbourne.

More information at http://thetentenors.com/about/In my first tour with The TEN Tenors to North America and USA for 5 months, I conducted some of America's finest string ensemble musicians for our "The TEN Tenors On Broadway" production. A fantastic experience in music leadership.I worked on their album "On Broadway Vol 1", which entered the ARIA charts in it's first week.The TEN Tenors perform at numerous special events, highlights of 2014 being the Elite Leaders Gala at the Concert Hall at Sydney Opera House, where I also performed as a solo pianist, and at the Rotary International Convention at Allphones Arena in Sydney, where I conducted a string orchestra for the TEN and First Lady of Australian Musical Theatre, Ms Marina Prior.

My first two years at Melbourne Youth Music I accompanied the Musical Theatre Ensemble under the direction of Mr Curtis Bayliss, as well as accompanying Melbourne Youth Orchestra in a range of concerts under the baton of various conductors. We would perform large scale orchestral programs at the Iwaki Auditorium at Melbourne's ABC Studios, Dallas Brookes Hall and BMW Edge. I have also taken Ensemble Management roles, often also when playing in the concerts, which are a student administration and production coordination role for each ensemble.Most recently, I was the ensemble manager for the Jazz Improvisation Band under the direction of Steve and Mal Sedergreen for the 2013 MYM Summer School.
