Second, Hospitality Resources has been conducting employee surveys since 1994. An employee survey, if done properly (which is a big if these days), is the most powerful single tool for improving organizational culture. It helps to identify priorities, establish accountability and measure results. We can help you plan, communicate, conduct, analyze and take action on your survey. I used surveys extensively in my 11 years as a VPHR and opened two non-union properties in heavily unionized cities (NYC and Las Vegas).
