Better interviews mean fully-informed decisions so you can identify the best candidate. You also get coaching tips to get the new employee up-to-speed faster. The PXT Select includes reports specifically designed for sales jobs, so you can get insight into how the applicant will handle eight critical sales skills. Second, Hospitality Resources has been conducting employee surveys since 1994. An employee survey, if done properly (which is a big if these days), is the most powerful single tool for improving organizational culture. It helps to identify priorities, establish accountability and measure results. We can help you plan, communicate, conduct, analyze and take action on your survey. I used surveys extensively in my 11 years as a VPHR and opened two non-union properties in heavily unionized cities (NYC and Las Vegas).
