Strategically creating activity triggered emails to increase actions related to their segment, campaign, profile data or usage of the website. Supporting the Univesity of Washington's Human Centered Design Engineering's initiatives on Co-Designing & Community Participatory research learning how families use technology for child development.

Broad experience includes Sarbanes Oxley 404, Operational Audits, Consulting & Advisory Projects, and SSAE 16 Evaluations (SAS70).Sarbanes Oxley responsibilities include the performance of Design and Operating Effectiveness testing, narrative review, evaluating account thresholds for materiality, control rationalization, and external audit assist testing. Operational Audit experience consists of Auditor-In-Charge responsibilities, defining the audit scope and risks, mapping controls, create test plans, control testing, identifying issues, and drafting the audit report. Consulting & Advisory experience consists of process improvement evaluations for efficiencies, internal control identification and implementation, and review of internal controls for company acquisitions. Other duties include reviewing work performed by staff/peers, cross-train team members and researching audit best practices/industry risk.
