I began my real estate career and worked for four years at this local brokerage, which was affiliated with GMAC at that time. I was fortunate enough to be honored with the Rookie of the Year award for my first full year in business, in an office of 250 agents.Each year, my volume increased by a minimum of 25%, and in 2003 and 2004 my volume of business.

Ran business with $5M in annual sales, oversaw 35+ employees, drove sales and marketing, trained all levels of employees on an ongoing basis. Consistently received several awards for both sales and customer satisfaction.Fortunately, working at Enterprise gave me an outstanding working knowledge of the city of Chicago and suburbs, as a significant portion.
