Lead consultant for the Worcester Guardian, an independent, free, nonprofit digital news organization established in September 2023. A 501(c)(3) charitable organization focused on civic journalism, the Worcester Guardian covers a wide range of topics, including news, sports, business, public safety, and arts and entertainment in the city of Worcester.

Managed four daily newspapers (MetroWest Daily News, Gardner News, Milford News and the Worcester Telegram & Gazette) in the Gannett/USA TODAY Network. Also managed eight weekly newspapers, a weekly entertainment magazine, a monthly parenting magazine and a quarterly lifestyle magazine.Focus on local, watchdog, investigative and enterprise journalism.
