• Develop and execute complex test scenarios using Parasoft - RESTful API testing using JSON/XML/Bash

• Integrate test cases and test plans across all TiVo platforms and environments
• Proactive in identifying issues and cross-check against published known issues, replicating, tagging logs and filing detailed, clear, exceptional bugs in Bugzilla for engineering response/action.

• Responsible for duties in inventory management
• Responsible for daily refurbishing, shipping, and receiving of GPS devices
• Perform customer service duties eg. phone support, preparing shipping documentation, and coordinating with project managers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform QC service and troubleshooting of general GPS device hardware and software related issues (parameter checking, data cleansing, repairing, and etc.)
