I have worked with patients in the medical field since 2014. I enjoy teaching and love that my profession provides an opportunity to do this on a daily basis. I teach patients an individual basis and have taught in group settings in the past, such as I did as an student anatomy aide and on a 2 year service mission to South America. I learned to fluently speak and write Spanish on my service mission, which allows me to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking patients. I have sought and obtained additional certifications to further my knowledge to be a more effective medical provider such as the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), blood flow restriction, and fascial distortion model certifications 1 & 2. These educational opportunities, coupled with my strong work ethic have allowed me to participate in fantastic work and extracurricular opportunities for which I am extremely grateful to have been a part.
