While at Paycor I led design and user research initiatives for two teams in the Reporting and Analytics portfolio. With over 25,000 businesses as our clients, my teams were responsible for critical reporting capabilities touched by every client that works with our company and supplied with data by every other product within the company. I oversaw the launch of the new Paycor Analytics product that included a complex integration of an external technology vendor into our platform, as well as guiding the Alpha and Beta phases of a three year project to completely overhaul business reporting for our clients and provide a best-in-class reporting experience built on a new unified data warehouse across all of Paycor’s portfolios. Through these new product development cycles, I worked with a multidisciplinary product team to discover, design, and test new product features, facilitate extensive user research programs to validate the products against our key performance metrics, and collaborate with other product designers to ensure a consistent and positive experience across the entire range of products.
