As the Pacific Northwest regional leader, I coordinated recruiting, branding, training and building a collaborative team of partners serving Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana. During this 10-year period I was one of the most consistent and highly awarded partners by the firm for revenue generation and partner points. I obtained the professional designation as a Certified Business Exit Consultant™, through a previous affiliate. I also spoke at annual conferences on practice building and habits that led to my success as a partner.
