I am an experienced procurement specialist fostering relationships with suppliers and customers across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Finance, and Executive leadership. I am at home in taking the reins of leadership. I have managed over 140 team members and 9 supervisors ensuring that the company metrics for pricing, quality, and timing are achieved. I spent 17 years onboarding and training employees and stakeholders in product knowledge, safety, and customer service. While building future leaders in the company. I can absorb new information rapidly by not being uncomfortable in getting the best training from subject matter experts to gain high-level knowledge in each role. I have spent my entire professional career harnessing these attributes so I can benefit those that I work for by transferring my skills across all business fields.In 2006 I decided to return to College and get my Bachelors degree. I graduated from the University of Michigan Dearborn with a Degree in Business-Supply Chain. I was working 55 hours a week plus going to school and raising a family. During this time I was also helping to care for my dad with early onset Alzheimer's. So when I graduated it was one of my proudest moments.During my time at Dana I had 3 programs I was working on simultaneously. All 3 of these were for the emerging EV field. Some of my accomplishments included transferring $760k of in inventory from a current supplier to a new. I also Led the effort to quote a new Electronic Control Unit for a upcoming program in 2026 where the goal was to come in below a $225 piece price cost. The challenge was finding a supplier that could meet the pricing and timeliness. I was required to get at least 4 quotes but request 8 separate quotes to meet the pricing benchmark. Through this process I managed to bring the program into a sourcing council on time and $40 less in piece price cost at $185. When I first started at Dana i knew just a small amount about Electronic Control Units but I took it upon myself to gain the best product knowledge about an electronic component I knew little about.During my time at Ford. I spent time acquiring semi-conductors at a time where there was a limited amount to be had. Ford had a large need for these and during my time on the team we had no production loss. I also worked on the Capacity Planning for the Mach E mustang. A first start for Ford into the EV market. I spent 3 years working with unionized workers at the Ford Transmission and gained a lot of experience negotiating with the UAW delegates.
