Manage Legal Requirements and QC testing for the mortgage servicing portfolio at Ally Bank, to continue to lead a culture of leveraging knowledge and talent to surface risks. Also provide Servicing Oversight Leadership support in varying projects year to year, acting as both Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert.Manage staff and vendor to ensure timely reviews of loans for all regulations and laws that govern the servicing of our mortgage loans.
