• Accountable for the management (matrix model) and delivery of the LSG Business & Technical Change portfolio, in line with LSG’s business strategy/roadmap and client objectives / expectations.• Responsible for the creation, management, communication and delivery of the aggregate LSG Business Change Portfolio Plan, fully aligned with LSG business demand and Board prioritisation.• Responsible for collaborating cross-functionally to create end to end, configurable and multi-tenanted business and technical solutions, ensuring all cross-delivery dependencies across each of the vertical areas within the business and commercial partners are managed effectively.• Responsible for the people and assignment management of the Project Management Practise. • Retain responsibility for managing complex Business Change Programme / Project deliveries independently.

• Interim Project Portfolio Manager from Sept 2012• Fully accountable for the provision and management of internal / external Business and IT services to deliver LSG projects (typically managing 3-4 concurrent projects from Project Inception to Warranty/PIR).• Responsible for solution consultancy and aggregating IT input & estimates (resource and timescales) at project inception/pre-inception phase to feed into Business Steering Group approval to proceed• Responsible for creation, maintenance and distribution of detailed Statement of Works, Project Plans, Project RAIDS Log and Project Status Reporting, including informal and formal communications and escalations to key business stakeholders / Project & LSG Change Governance Boards as appropriate.• Responsible for managing (incl 3rd party suppliers) project team’s activities throughout the full project lifecycle incl Business Requirements/Functional Specifications, Technical Design, Data/Web/ Apps/SOA Development, Systems Integration Testing, Business UAT Support, Live Release and transition to BAU, Warranty Support and Post-Live Analysis, feeding into PIR / formal Project Closure.• Full responsibility for project budget and financial tracking throughout project lifecycle.

 Responsible for detailed analysis of Group operating models and underpinning core processes, resulting in recommendations to OpsCo Board for solutions and/or business/process improvement initiatives to meet the organisation’s key strategic objectives, applying Kaizen/Lean methodology. Consulted as Business Architect for innovative customer product proposition launches and/or ‘refreshes’, acting as the key interface between all functional departments across the company to understand the customer journey, product specification, requirements and desired end state. Define, document and confirm user requirements during the initiation and design phases of projects.  Liaise directly with business users at all levels to establish, embed and document target operating model, underpinning business processes and functional specifications to be delivered by the project. Own / manage User Acceptance Test phase and effective transition of project / live service into BAU. Interim Project Management responsibilities prior to formal transition to current role (6 months)
