• Responsible for collaborating cross-functionally to create end to end, configurable and multi-tenanted business and technical solutions, ensuring all cross-delivery dependencies across each of the vertical areas within.
• Responsible for the people and assignment management of the Project Management Practise.
• Retain responsibility for managing complex Business Change Programme / Project deliveries independently.

• Fully accountable for the provision and management of internal / external Business and IT services to deliver LSG projects (typically managing 3-4 concurrent projects from Project Inception to Warranty/PIR).
• Responsible for solution consultancy and aggregating IT input & estimates (resource and timescales) at project inception/pre-inception phase to feed into Business Steering Group approval to proceed
• Responsible for creation, maintenance and distribution of detailed Statement of Works, Project Plans, Project RAIDS Log and Project Status Reporting, including informal and formal communications and escalations to key.
• Responsible for managing (incl 3rd party suppliers) project team’s activities throughout the full project lifecycle incl Business Requirements/Functional Specifications, Technical Design, Data/Web/ Apps/SOA.
• Full responsibility for project budget and financial tracking throughout project lifecycle.

 Responsible for detailed analysis of Group operating models and underpinning core processes, resulting in recommendations to OpsCo Board for solutions and/or business/process improvement initiatives to meet the organisation’s key strategic objectives, applying Kaizen/Lean methodology. Consulted as Business Architect for innovative customer product.
