Senior Implementations Services Director with Cotiviti.... OK, but I'm not just another color by number project manager, how boring. The ISD role is hands-on, SME-based, and comprehensive – frequently spanning Sales Support to Operational trouble shooting, across policy and technology topics. We’re tasked as the face of the organization through a multi-month implementation, and we become the clients go-to reference during a years’ long migration program.These efforts serve as the foundation for our long-term business relationships and provide us the opportunity to truly serve our clients’ needs along the way – a favorite example, finding a batch timing issue for a health plan in NY worth 10s of millions in new annual savings.Whether is diagnosing a client performance issue, designing a batch to real time migration model, or blending our processing capabilities to resolve a client issue, its these ‘solve the puzzle’ opportunities that provide the greatest satisfaction.While playing in this role for 12+ years, my responsibilities have expanded and evolved. At times that means juggling 5-7 concurrent projects, designing a new solution approach, delivering a “never been done before’ implementation, mentoring new team members, or simply attacking ‘what’s next’ within our dynamic, client facing work environment.Prior to joining Cotiviti, I spent several years with Accenture, mostly within the Healthcare space. I am a determined, inquisitive, results focused leader/team member with a successful record of building, developing, and leading teams in delivering complex projects and managing complex operations. I am detail oriented and methodical in my approach - it sometimes drives my wife crazy when I unconsciously apply these techniques at home.
