- Spearheaded the development of Bluelearn's mobile application for Android and iOS,focusing on enhancing app performance and functionality in critical modules such as chat andsocial feed.- Engineered a cost-effective push notification infrastructure using AWS Pinpoint, achieving cost savings for the company.- Significantly boosted app performance by identifying and replacing inefficient UI libraries with optimised in-house custom components, improving Play Store rating from 4.1 to 4.6, across 100,000+ downloads on the Play Store.- Optimized chat functionality, significantly improving usability on low-end devices and boostinguser engagement.- Developed a high-performance front-end infrastructure for the home feed, accommodating avariety of content types including text, links, polls, and images, along with user interactionssuch as commenting and upvoting. Optimized for seamless performance on low-end devicesand adaptable for consistent UI elements throughout the app.- Implemented WhatsApp reminders for one-on-one mentorship sessions, improving sessioncoordination and engagement.- Automated the extraction of session times and attendance tracking for online one-on-onementorship sessions, facilitating accurate and timely mentor compensation processing.
